2025 Winner

Todd Kelly, President & CEO of CSU-Pueblo Foundation 

Kelly has served as CSU-Pueblo Foundation President/CEO since 2012, overseeing development strategies, annual and major gift programs, and special campaigns to support the university's mission. Before joining the Foundation, he was the Associate Athletic Director for Development, where he generated over $500,00 annually for the athletic program and was named College Division Fundraiser of the Year by the National Association of Athletic Development Directors.
