This conversation will be led by Dr. Erin Carillo-Stresow. Dr. Carrillo-Stresow has 15 years of experience as a business management professor, including in human resources. She has trained over 500 managers and 3,000 employees across corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions. Currently, she serves as Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CSU Pueblo. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations, helping organizations achieve meaningful change and enhance organizational culture.
